Please note: The return shipping warehouse address is NOT the same as our office address. All returns must go through [email protected] for proper routing and timely refunds.
All Claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice.
Items must be returned in original condition. The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with receiving and returning any non-defective item.
Returns are not allowed on CLEARANCE or CUSTOM items except if there is a manufacturing defect.

Items must be returned in similar packaging material as received. Rugs must be rolled and wrapped around the tube to prevent any damage. The rug then must be wrapped well in an outer protective packaging.
Please note: NO adhesive/ tape should be placed directly on the rug. Using such material WILL cause damage to the rug. Products must be returned in the original condition (no refunds will be issued if there are any signs of usage, including pet hair or use of a vacuum beater brush which voids the warranty).
The RMA number MUST be on the outside or inside of the package.

Items in original condition must be returned within 15 days of an RMA being issued.
If item is not received within this time frame, Homespice will assume that the customer would like to keep the product, after which no returns will be accepted at the end of the 15th day.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are damaged due to insufficient packaging. A credit (excluding freight for both ways and a 15% restocking fee) will be issued upon inspection of the merchandise. Please allow 10-14 days of item being received for the credit to be issued and reflected back to your account. Homespice reserves the rights to refuse a credit if the returned item appears to be used/ soiled/ damaged in any way or is in an unsellable condition.
